Shipping Policy

1. General Information
All orders are processed and shipped directly by Flowa from our European distribution center. We currently ship within the Netherlands only, and shipping is always free for every order, regardless of size or value. Every order is prepared with care, quality-checked, and packaged discreetly to protect your privacy.
2. Processing Times
Orders placed before 23:00 (11 PM) on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or during public holidays are processed on the next working day. During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer; if a delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
3. Delivery Times
Once shipped, deliveries within the Netherlands usually arrive within 1 working day. While most parcels arrive on time, delivery times can vary depending on courier capacity or local conditions. Flowa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, adverse weather, or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at flowatoys@gmail.com.
5. Delivery Address and Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery or incorrect address details, it can be resent once the additional shipping cost has been paid by the customer.
6. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at flowatoys@gmail.com and include clear photos of the packaging and product. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, reach out to us and we will investigate with the courier and provide an appropriate solution.
7. Returns and Exchanges
For information about returns, refunds, eligibility conditions, and hygiene seal requirements, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
