Zambezistroom 13, 2721 DC Zoetermeer, Netherlands, and listed with the Dutch Chamber of
Commerce (KVK) under number 94933898. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by
these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing any products.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through our online store
flowatoys.com between PrimeSelects and customers located in the Netherlands. By accessing or using our
website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

3. Products

Flowa offers wellness and adult lifestyle products intended exclusively for adults aged eighteen (18) years or
older. All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided to the best of our ability, but slight
variations in color, size, or texture may occur. The products offered are not medical devices and are intended
solely for personal wellness and relaxation purposes.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Any applicable shipping costs are
clearly shown during the checkout process. Payments can be made securely through the payment methods provided on our
website, and orders are processed once payment has been successfully completed. We reserve the right to modify prices
or product information at any time without prior notice, although such changes will not affect confirmed orders.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship orders only within the Netherlands. Orders placed before 23:59 are typically delivered on the next
working day. All orders are shipped from within the European Union, and customers receive a tracking link once their
order has been dispatched. Although we make every effort to deliver orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to
factors beyond our control.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order,
without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you can contact us by email at flowatoys@gmail.com
with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You must then return the product within
fourteen (14) days after notifying us of your decision. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products whose hygiene seal has been removed, damaged, or tampered with cannot be
returned once opened, unless the product is defective upon arrival. Returned products must be unused, unopened, in
their original packaging, and include all accessories. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund
the full purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within fourteen (14) days of receiving the return.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt by emailing
flowatoys@gmail.com and including clear photographs of the issue. Customers are entitled to the statutory
two-year (2-year) legal guarantee under Dutch and EU law. This means we will repair, replace, or refund defective
items in accordance with applicable regulations. Normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, or allergic reactions
caused by materials are not covered under this guarantee.

8. Limitation of Liability

PrimeSelects shall not be liable for damages resulting from the use or misuse of any products purchased through our
website. We make no guarantee that our website will operate without interruption or errors. To the maximum extent
permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. Nothing in these
Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit your statutory consumer rights.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Personal data provided by you when using our website or placing an order will be
processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This policy explains how we handle, store, and protect your information.

10. Age Restriction

By using our website or purchasing from Flowa, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old. We reserve
the right to cancel any order if age verification is required and cannot be confirmed. Our products are not intended
for minors or individuals below the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.

All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, and branding
materials, is the property of PrimeSelects or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No content
from this website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or reused without our prior written consent.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes
arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the District of The Hague (Den Haag),
without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer.
